New vehicles are delivered to centers in France and Europe, in close proximity to airports.
An information document about the delivery center and procedure will be sent to you by email.
If the required information has been transmitted by the customer, the delivery center will be informed of your arrival flight details or appointment time.
Upon arrival at the airport, from the baggage claim area if possible, you must contact the delivery center by phone (personal mobile or public reception kiosks).
An agent will indicate a collection point near your terminal, will pick you up in a private shuttle, and will take you to the center.
If the center is within walking distance from the terminal, you can go there directly without calling (refer to the information document sent by email).
IN FRANCE
Delivery and return in France are free even if the locations are different.
OUTSIDE FRANCE
Delivery outside France is charged at 300 €; return also costs 300 €.
You can change the return location within France free of charge during your rental period (by informing the new center 3 days before the return date).
You can extend the duration of your contract during your rental period (by contacting TT Eurodrive).
All this information is detailed in the roadbook sent to you by email and which you will find in printed version inside the vehicle.
The first page of your contract sent by email should be printed and/or presented (on mobile phone) at the delivery counter when the contract holder or an authorized driver (with a power of attorney) takes delivery of the vehicle.
Your passport or proof of identity will also be required.
We provide a power of attorney template. Only an authorized driver (e.g., spouse) with a power of attorney can take delivery of the vehicle on behalf of the contract holder.
Vehicle delivery takes place at the location and on the dates indicated on page 1 of the Order.

Strikes, stoppages, lockouts affecting the Seller or its representative.
Interruptions in transport regardless of the cause.
Legal or regulatory provisions (including customs), French or foreign, affecting production, sale, free movement, or availability of the Vehicle.
The Client is required to take delivery of the Vehicle on the date and at the delivery location indicated on page 1 of the Order, unless the Parties agree otherwise on a different delivery date or location.
The Client must present themselves at the delivery location during the opening hours indicated by the Seller or its representative. Otherwise, the delivery of the Vehicle is not guaranteed and the Seller’s liability cannot be engaged on this basis.
