EXTENSION AND EARLY RETURN

You can extend the duration of your contract (€40 / day) after the delivery of your vehicle, within the validity period of the vehicle’s registration certificate.
EXCEEDING = 80 € / day. Pay attention to your return date: if you exceed your return date… without having extended, you are no longer insured!

€40 / day for all vehicles
COMPENSATION FOR EARLY RETURN
In the event of early return, the customer may receive compensation for unused days based on the following rate = between €13 and €21/day depending on the model and duration.
CONDITIONS:
- No refund for the first 25 days of the contract.
- No refund if the vehicle is returned less than 7 days before the scheduled date
- No refund in the event of an extension.
- Number of unused days X Rate between €13 and €21 = Amount of compensation.
- Special case for “long-term” contracts: Contracts with a duration of 60 days or more qualify for a discounted daily rate; if, following early return, the new duration is less than 60 days, the rate will be recalculated, and any compensation will apply under these specific conditions.
Please send your refund request in writing to your TT agent, along with a copy of the receipt given to you upon returning the vehicle.
CHANGE RESTITUTION CENTER
You can return your vehicle at any TT EURODRIVE drop-off center.
Procedure
- Send an email no later than 5 days before the return date to: adv2.eurodrive@renault.com
Include your name, your vehicle’s license plate number, and your old and new return centers - Notify the old return center
- Notify the new return center and schedule an appointment no later than 5 days before the return date

Returns in France and Geneva are free of charge, even if the return center is different from the delivery center.
Returns abroad (outside France and Geneva), not initially provided for in the contract, will be billed at €200. In this case, please contact your agent for invoicing.
Please schedule an appointment with the new return center at least 5 business days before the desired return date.
